I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor on Pratt Street. The location is perfect located across from the Inner Harbor and close to great restaurants, the Convention Center, and the stadiums. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the hotel overall was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially want to highlight the excellent housekeeping service I received. My room was taken care of by Rasha, and they did an outstanding job every single day. The room was spotless, neatly organized, and it was clear they take pride in their work. I hope management recognizes their hard work because it really stood out. One con I do have to mention though was the Wi-Fi. It was a bit spotty in the lobby but overall a comfortable stay.

Ice cube machine on every floor was nice.|Waterfront close by. Several sights can be accessed on foot. Supermarket also close.||Disappointing:| Furniture has witnessed some tear and wear.|There was microwave, but no eating utensils, not even a fork or spoon.|There's an espresso machine, but no electric kettle to boil plain water.|No safe, no slippers, no bathrobe.|Breakfast was a let-down the first two days, no buffet. About 8 plate-choices, one was yoghurt, one a sandwich, one French toast, and then waffles, pancakes, eggs (with sausage, potatoes). No toast or croissants or fruit. If you're a Johns Hopkins patient, I highly recommend this hotel. I have been in a research study for 14 years at Hopkins and make several visits a year. Sue Rich the manager not only gives special rates to Hopkins patients but also trains her employees in specific ways to help them. This week I was unexpectedly scheduled for a minor outpatient procedure and needed to stay in Baltimore longer than planned. The front desk found a room for me when it, as well as other hotels, were sold out due to a convention. She understands that when you're dealing with a health situation, the last thing you need is more drama. Thank you, Sue!

The front desk morning staff were extremely rude and uncaring. I know it said sheets and towels would be changed every other day, which is normally fine. The first night, I actually vomited on them on my side of the bed. I cleaned it up the best I could. The next morning, I went down to the front desk and said I know room cleaning was every other day, but I got sick on them and if they could change even just the sheets that day, it would be nice. I said they could even skip the next day. I just wanted fresh sheets because they did smell. She said it would not be possible, that they only do every other day. I said, but I vomited on them.
