The hotel is just ok. If you have any mobility issues, be aware that parking is going to require either a stairway of about 30 steps or a VERY steep ramp. There’s several handicap spaces, but only 3 Diamond spaces and the same 3 trucks literally did not leave the Diamond spaces all week. The chain on the blackout shade was stuck so I couldn’t close it even a little bit. Luckily i travel with a good sleep mask. The hotel does not have adequate hot water. I didn’t get a hot morning shower all week. The pool is small but it was adequate for my water workouts. There’s a little cafeteria window that’s supposed to be a “restaurant” but I never did find a menu or figure out how you’re supposed to eat there. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.

Positive: Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean Negative: Parking was not ideal with having to walk up and down a large steep hill. Pillows were not great at all, highly recommend bringing your own. Towels were not replaced everyday like requested. When they were replaced, no washcloths were given

Lots of little things wrong:|- mounted lotion dispenser (in bathroom) was detached from the wall with drywall screws sticking out|- tub filled up to ankle depth with water while taking a shower|- no product in the shower bath gel dispenser|- told housekeeping about empty shower gel and they did not refill while servicing the room. So, I had a 2nd shower without product|- maintenance knocked on door to fix a drawer handle (I had not contacted them) and after looking around, maintenance guy said nothing was needed. An interruption over nothing.|- bathroom faucet doesn’t provide hot water - maybe it’s between room temperature and lukewarm at best|- housekeeping knocked on my door (on check out day) to verify that I would be departing. Another unnecessary interruption.|- $5 per overnight p

I travel for work and value customer experience, affordability and cleanliness. This hotel gets high marks for all. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a smiling face and a pleasant at "Welcome, how was your day?" with an easy and quick check-in. Staff were helpful and courteous throughout my visit and my room was clean and comfortable. Upon departure I was checked out efficiently and was greeted by another smiling face. April made me feel right at home as if we'd know. Each other for years. Sent me off with a smile and a great start to my day. A wonderful property. I'll be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel following an unexpectedly difficult day in which several of my credit cards were frozen due to fraudulent activity. Despite the stress of those circumstances, the staff here made my stay exceptionally positive. The following morning, I arranged to do laundry and encountered an issue with the washer. The gentleman which I believe is the general manager, personally stepped in to assist—something he certainly didn’t have to do. His professionalism and willingness to help reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and have always found the experience pleasant and consistent.
