Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown

Great central location right next to the aquarium and Coca-Cola factory. Many restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. I appreciated the hotel wasn’t heavily scented, since I have a sensitivity to synthetic fragrances. The pool and hot tub were also great features and added a really nice relaxation element to the stay.|What stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure me and my two children were taken care of. The valet service was outstanding — special thanks to CD, Solomon and all the valet staff we interacted with for their professionalism and kindness. This hotel checked all of our boxes and staff was super great and attentive! They brought us things like towels and blankets and toilet paper in the middle of the night several times with no delay. We also were pleasantly surprised with the outdoor facilities still completely available despite it being November (until 11pm!). It was great to walk around at the aquarium all day and then soak in the hot tub. There were 4 of us in the double queen room and it was comfortable. The only thing I would say about the room is there is no fan in the bathroom, so it would get humid in the room after 4 people showering. Location was amazing. The hotel was clean and certainly well-located. The employees were all very kind and helpful. There was one standout employee who went the extra mile for us. Her name is Sydney and she reached out to us before we arrived because she saw I had booked two rooms for my family. Sydney so very kindly changed our rooms so they were connecting. That made it so much easier to hang out together when we were in the hotel. Additionally, without her knowing, we were there specifically to go to the Georgia Aquarium, and she moved our rooms to be right across the street from the aquarium, so our nerdy daughter had the best view ever! We would gladly stay here again.
