Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta - Buckhead

The location of this hotel is great as it is easy access to Buckhead with Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza and several other shopping centres in the area. There are also many restaurants and cafes around. As for the hotel, the check in was quick and easy with no fuss. |The room and floor were quiet and clean but seemed a little dated or at least less what I expected for a Hilton brand hotel. The doors to the room were some of the heaviest I have ever experienced making it quite difficult with luggage. Anyhow, the rooms come with a microwave and mini refrigerator, TV, and plenty of outlets. Beds are comfy. This hotel has very nice, clean rooms with great customer service. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 5-6 years, and always come back to see Kat (the bartender). She is top notch, friendly, and my favorite part of staying here!

Positive: staff and breakfast buffet Negative: condition needs repairs and new upholstery on dining chairs - elevator trim broken in need of repair - no air dryer in room - air and heat did not work. We were compensated at checkout

My experience was fine initially we did get there late so the person who was supposed to be at the front desk was definitely not there. She did say that we could have just came and got her as supposed to call him, but why would we have thought of doing that if there was nobody at the front the valet was on it they always made sure that our car was ready and available. The breakfast actually was surprisingly good at the potatoes are delicious and you can make your own waffle and they do have someone that will make you omelettes so the breakfast was definitely a plus they were super accommodating. The staff just that my room did not have a refrigerator and they had to look for multiple irons and I did not feel like the tub was cleaned even when I got there I asked the girl to clean it again,
