Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North

I recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience from start to finish. William and Jay at check in provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel valued and ensured the process was smooth and stress free. Their attention to detail and positive attitude set the tone for the entire stay. Lucy during breakfast was equally impressive. She was attentive, warm, and consistently made sure everything was perfect. Her hospitality stood out and truly elevated the dining experience. Overall, the team made me feel welcomed and important throughout my visit. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. I would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others.

The Atlanta Hilton Garden inn is a good choice for flying from the Atlanta airport. The free airport shuttle was on time and reliable. The rooms are good. We encountered no problems. The clerks could have been more friendly and attentive but not a big deal. It's not in a great area but the other Atlanta airport hotels aren't either . It is what it is. They have a gate and a fence around the parking lot and I did see a security car out front once. I'd stay at this hotel again if flying from the Atlanta airport.

When me and my spouse arrived at the hotel, A guest was already complaining in another room all to get checked into our room and our bathroom smell like urine really bad. It was pee all over the toilet and I had to get the maids to come clean the room although I really wish I would’ve switched rooms because the pee smell never left, we was on a short stay and didn’t have time to switch rooms. it ruined my husband experience for his birthday. I was in the middle of decorating for him, but we couldn’t sleep due to the unpleasant smell on top of the maid coming into our room at 10:30 in the morning when checkout wasn’t until 12 PM ,She knocked one time and then she just bombarded it in the room and didn’t give us a second to say anything. I waited for over an hour at the airport because the shuttle bus wasn’t running, and the hotel didn’t answer their phone. The next day, they suddenly canceled my room as well. Although everything got resolved, it was very frustrating and exhausting. It's a shame because I've always used Hilton, but I've never experienced these issues in other cities.

My recent stay at HGI ATL Airport North was profoundly disappointing from start to finish. We booked hoping for a comfortable stay, but instead encountered a series of failures that made it impossible to relax. The primary issue was our room. It was not just dated, but actively problematic. The most maddening issue was a persistent, loud leak from a pipe inside the wall. The constant dripping sound made the room uninhabitable. We reported it immediately, but were simply told maintenance was "aware" and nothing could be done that night. We were left to listen to it all evening.
