Hilton Club West 57th Street New York

Our experience since arriving at the hotel was miserable. Most of the people I have encountered at the front desk were rude and unfriendly since the moment we checked in. The staff gave us absolutely no information when we checked in and when we asked them about anything, they were short and gave no additional information. When we asked about the owners lounge, they would not tell us where it was because they said we didn’t have access (without even looking at our room numbers on their computer) because we didn’t specifically buy at this location but we realized today that we did have access and we are leaving tomorrow so we did not have the opportunity to utilize the benefits of the lounge at all. We have Elite Plus status and booked 4 premier rooms for several days with 8 people in our g

When we arrived we had booked four rooms each totaling six nights. All were premier rooms and were booked with Elite Plus status. The staff was the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. They gave us no info on the resort or the area around us or anything about transportation available. When we inquired about access to owners lounge they said we did not have access. We stated we are owners and they said we had no access unless specifically purchased at this location. They wanted us to take another time share promotion to view the property. We thought about it but after the way we were received we decided no way we would want to subject ourselves to anymore staff. Great location, good mattress, nice towels, fluffy robes (sometimes, not every time), friendly staff, decent elevators. After staying in tiny, noisy rooms elsewhere in NYC, this place is a welcome treat. Happy to be a Hilton Club member.

The hotel is located near the 5th Avenue and Central Park. The rooms are simple and beautiful. The staff members are also very nice.

I've been to New York many times, but this time felt much better than the rest because of my experience at this hotel. Starting off with the location, which was perfect for my itinerary because it was so walkable to the subway entrance along with everything else. The room was nice and roomy, and had a good view of the street (we were on the 19th floor). What made this stay extra memorable though was the workers. Every single worker here seems like they genuinely enjoy their job, which as a customer I definitely felt and noticed it. One employee in particular, Sheril, was absolutely incredible.
