Positive: Clean room, excellent location Negative: Parking situation was horrible. 5 star hotel had no valet and the self parking garage they recommend was full.

At 57th and 6th Ave, very convenient location to central park & shopping (so many people on 5th ave 😓😓😓). the hotel is newly renovated and the interior facing room can be small but the ones with street views should be bigger and brighter. the rooms come with bottled water and USB charging ports. A fridge - where i forgot my chicken inside 😂 - and coffee maker. Rooms are small but it’s manhattan so expected to be small. Lobby is smallish and there is a gym but no pool - not much other facilities - again it’s manhattan!! There are owners to these hotel rooms and also penthouse on higher floors - so owners are often around together with hotel guests. You can leave luggage after checking out. Lovely hotel in terrific location. Convenient to Central Park and easy walk to Broadway. Easy subway access to multiple lines. |Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was terrific. Nespresso machine in roomand is complementary. |Mattress is fine , pillows need to be replaced.

Stayed two nights to celebrate our anniversary. Great location on 57th and 6th. Close to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, lots of restaurants, subway and walkable to much. |Room was large for NYC, modern bathroom. We were on 6th floor facing 57th and not noisy at all. Two elevators and not long waits. No complaints. Comfortable bed, but would’ve preferred firmer pillows!
