Hilton Club The Central at 5th New York

This is a surprise to us. The location is good and convenient. Room, it is modern and comfortable. I would say this is a good choice for single or couple travelers. Prob not necessarily for family with kids. Will come again w my wife.

Stayed at the Hilton Club in central New York and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is top quality with comfortable rooms and great facilities. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their service was outstanding from check in to check out. Perfect location in the heart of New York with easy access to everything. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city!

From start to finish, my stay at the Hilton Club The Central at 5th was outstanding — truly one of the best Hilton properties I’ve experienced. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained.||I was initially placed on the 4th floor, and shortly after checking in, I received a friendly text from Chris asking how my stay was going. I mentioned that I loved the hotel but would ideally prefer a higher floor. Within minutes, Chris offered to move me and personally made sure the transition was seamless. I’m giving this hotel 5 stars for size and cleanliness. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in NYC, and I really appreciated how spacious the rooms are at Hilton Club The Central at 5th. In a city where room size can be hit or miss (mostly miss), this was a huge plus. They also offer additional amenities upon request, which really came in handy. My wife forgot her toothbrush, and housekeeping delivered a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash to our room shortly after we called the front desk. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. With a 10AM checkout, it was great that they held our luggage while we ran a few errands before heading out. Location-wise, it’s perfect if you’re in town for entertainment. We were about a 15-minute drive from Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch

Super friendly staff! We stayed here one night. We checked out of another hotel at 10 am and walked to this hotel. They had a room available so we were able to check in early. That worked out great so we didn’t have to carry our bags around all day. Room was really clean and everything worked as it should. I have no complaints about this place. A bit pricey but well worth it for the location and condition. I would recommend staying here.
