Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor

I stayed at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor this past weekend while attending the CIAA Tournament, and overall I had a great experience. The hotel’s location was perfect — directly across from the convention center and within easy walking distance to the arena, restaurants, and downtown attractions, which made the busy tournament weekend much more convenient. The lobby was lively but well-managed, and the staff handled the large crowd with professionalism and patience. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was friendly and welcoming. Zahra was amazing. She welcomed me as a Hilton Honors member and reviewed all the perks of my status. Then she went upgrades offers that I could take advantage of for my stay if I needed a more comfortable and spacious room. She made the stay experie

An early visit this year for business was made a lot easier by the fantastic breakfast that is put on each morning by the team at the Hilton. I want to particularly commend the staff in the restaurant for being so perceptive to the needs of each guests. They certainly make staying away from home for the week that much easier. They welcomed me back this year as if I was a distant family member who had arrived in town for the week. Very professional. My sincere appreciation to them. The gentleman at the omelette station is great conversation while you're waiting for your omelette to be made.

Positive: The location was amazing. The gentleman at the desk gave us a room with an incredible view of the baseball field because our room wasn?t quite ready. The room location was perfect. We took my daughter?s graduation pictures there after her ceremony. Negative: ""

Nice hotel. I didn't have any problems. I disagree with the check-in time of 4 p.m. Hotels are taking advantage. They started at 2 p.m. then 3 p.m and now 4.p.m. They have to do better with hiring housekeepers. I guess next time it will be 4 p.m

Beautiful restaurant with nice service. The area still needs a little more investment but the staff makes you feel welcome and safe and once you are in the building it's simply beautiful. Also perfect hotel is you travel to Baltimore for an Orioles game. Camden Yards is right next door and you can see inside from your hotel room!
