Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites

The hotel staff was kind. Lobby/breakfast area was beautiful. Gym was really nice. The location worked great for us. No parking fee was also a bonus. The view off the balcony to the pool was really pretty. The room we had absolutely needs an upgrade. The air conditioner was not working. It was 78 degrees in our room. The hallway was even hotter. The carpets and couch were very dirty. The door to the bathroom didnt close fully. The mini fridge area had terrible water damage and the piece of wood beside it had a huge nail just sticking out. Also, there was a random pill left in our room upon checking in. The phone and TV in the room didnt work and maintenance wasnt available as it was late on Christmas night. TV wasn’t completely mounted and falling off of the wall, plus the hot tub was cracked leaking on the floor when we got to room 302 so they gave us another room. The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke and weed even though we were told no smoking. The hotel still proceeded to charge us for both rooms, website wasn’t clear and charged $50 security deposit per night instead of one time. We are still getting additional charges for said “security deposit” even after checkout draining our accounts when we are hours away from home. Rooms also do not come with garbage bags. I cannot recommend as I cannot justify how it is worth these prices.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, but always on the weekend. This time I was in town on business and opted to stay where we had been very comfortable in the past. ||Starting with the positive…Ms. Darlene in the lounge is a true gem!!! She greets each customer warmly and makes wonderful dinner recommendations. After a rough night, Ms. Lorraine at the front desk was a ray of sunshine!!||I checked into a room on 5th floor. I started hearing knocking noises in the bathroom within a few min of check in. I went to front desk and requested another room…maintenance came and decided I needed another room. I moved. The next room was on 6th floor. I discovered when I went to shower after a sleepless night someone else’s open toiletries in the shower. I skipped the shower!||The exec

I checked in, alright, but I had to check out earlier than I intended to because the distance was too far from where I was to attend my conference and it wasn't cost effective commuting from there to my conference daily. Unfortunately, Trip. Com says there's there will be no refund for the days I didn't spend😮💨

We were given a room that was occupied & walked in on them being intimate. (I have a video) When we got to our room it was dusty, had bugs on the tables/in the jacuzzi, & the trash cans didn’t have any trash bags. I also think this hotel is too expensive for breakfast to not be included or for the rooms to not be cleaned. Wouldn’t consider visiting this one again or referring anyone. Also it’s almost been a week & I haven’t received my deposit back yet.
