Hill Country RV Park

Extremely disappointing experience. I tried contacting this RV park MULTIPLE times with questions about availability and reservations. Not only did they fail to respond to my messages, voice messages but when they answered a ill mannered older gentleman l hung up on me without listening. That kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable — especially for a business that relies on hospitality and customer service. If this is how they treat potential guests, I can’t imagine what staying there would be like. I recommend looking elsewhere. This is over the course of 3 weeks and have hardly had a response, maybe employee actual employees that can be knowledgeable about services and provide reasonable response times.

Very quiet park. No one bothers you. The shed on our site is a major plus to keep clutter out of a small travel trailer. The back looks out over the river instead of another rv. I like it. The land lord is very nice. He lives in the park so he is always available.

Cruel owner. The mangers are very nice but the owners was not very nice. The park mangers and the park it’s self isn’t so bad. Beautiful in the back right by the river. Some nice neighbors too. We moved from boerne to this place and had a blow out and got a new tire then had some pull out issues and we ended up getting there a little late & had a mover with us that had to unpack the uhual and return it. I guess the neighbors complained & we had an issue with our sewer line. The owner gave us from a Friday afternoon until Monday morning to move or else they are gonna take the rv to an impound and not return our deposit.. he finally after the sweet manager talking to him gave us an extra day! & we got our deposit back. everything was closed on the weekend and trying to find somewhere and ge

Quiet and peaceful. Sites are gravel but ample space. Tv antenna reception is sketchy at best but their WiFi is great.

Delightful. Clean, great laundry room, showers. Conveniently located. Nice quiet place with friendly folks.
