High Point World Resort

Great location and front desk personnel. Roomy townhouse, and clean except they do not wash blankets and mattress pad (only sheets) after visit which feels gross. Resort/room amenities are nice but rooms need a little updating and still have old carpeting.

Rooms are dated but clean and well kept. Grounds seem rather over grown. And pool isn't heated in colder seasons. Sufficient if your spending most of your time in the park. Haven't needed much but the front desk folks are nice and quick to respond to our few needs.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy it here. Our unit had been freshened up and was very nice. The barbeques however are shabby and have no lighter . We had to buy our own lighter Also... the burners were burned out and made a large flame in the middle. we went from bbq to bbq and they are all shot;...Also...only a couple of washers and dryers worked. these things should be fixed.

If you are booking disney, this location is perfect. Bring an extra pair of shoes to walk around inside the house. The carpet section needs replacement. Appliances worked, it was stocked with plates, cutlery, cups, pots etc... we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool. I loved that both rooms had their own washroom. I'm not sure if all rooms are the same but that was ours. There were tiny bugs in the kitchen, almost like teeny tiny flies. On day 3 I noticed them in my bed. Front desk was immediately on it. Whatever they did, it helped. I only noticed 1 or 2 on night 5 and 6. It's walking distance to starbucke, walmart, a bunch of gift shops.

While I intend to provide a constructive review, I must acknowledge certain aspects that diminish the overall experience and prevent it from reaching its full potential. The establishment exudes a tranquil and secure atmosphere, and its pricing is reasonably competitive. However, there are specific details that warrant consideration. On the positive side, the establishment offers ample comfort for groups, with utensils, sheets, towels, and pans conveniently located nearby. Nevertheless, I must deduct three stars due to the pool area’s neglectful maintenance. Despite its cleanliness, it bears visible stains that detract from its aesthetic appeal and give it an unclean appearance.
