Customer Reviews
Moved in late Feb 15th, my first time in an RV park so I had NO idea what is offered or available, except being given keys for the showers, since I disconnected my water (until an issue with a water line was resolved in my camper). Rent is $400 month plus electric, but the park does provide WIFI, something I learned AFTER setting up a new account with 5G (park wifi is better). Mix of permanent and temporary (traveler) tenants, and from various states. Some lots are really nice, some seem a little cluttered, and some vary in between. Don't expect to pull into a high-class (HOA) community here, but it's not trashy (per previous reviewers). If you don't like it, leave. Learned afterward if you pay rent annually, you get 2 months free. The park is mostly quiet, except for passing trains nearb
We planned to stay here for a week. We ended up staying a month due to COVID. This is a super friendly RV park that we’d revisit in a heartbeat. The staff and tenants were all super friendly. Additionally, the park is at the end of a great walking trail.
It used to be nice but now since the new owners took over.they are making some tiny homes down by the river.they are making people that has been down at the bottom by the river move to the top.also they are making a retaining wall by the river.they are making some weird decisions on how the park is
An excellent park to stay for the winter. Very reasonably priced and the people are so friendly. Michelle, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with their stay. Great walking trails in the West Wetlands right beside for dogs. Volunteers really make the park extra special with a variety of activities.
Great location just outside the city limits. Nearby walking and biking trails by the river are easy to access. The park itself could use some upgrades but there are daily activities to join in on. No pool or hot tub but there’s one pool table, shuffle board and bean bag toss. Shower and laundry facilities are adequate. Not the best we’ve been in but the price by the week or month is pretty good and you are close enough to everything to make it work. Best of all it is a quiet place
