My son lives at Hicks and he says he loves it. I like the people that run the place. the grass gets mowed every week and they are very nice.
Stayed almost 4 months very quite no one bothers you. Decent price would recommend RV spots
No wifi. Good people tho! Enjoying it so far.Stray dogs around with no collars.
I wouldn’t stay here under any circumstances unless I was held hostage
