Emerald Inn

Oct 2025 traveled to Dyersburg Tennessee for work. Saw this what looked to be a decent little place to spend the next 6 days...get inside and the price was to good to be true...250$ for 7 days! So they give us a room that's like tucked away behind the other building..it was sketchy!! So we go back and request to be moved and they politely changed us so we get to this room....you opened the door and the smell of pure funk hit you in the face...turn on the lights and bugs were everywhere FLYS STINK BUGS ANTS ROACHES, EVERYWHERE! so I immediately pulled coves back and then there were BED BUGS!! We requested. A refund but the couldn't refund us until the next day then it could take up to 24/48 hrs to be put back in our accounts..DONT STOP HERE

We had bed bugs and a mouse in our room. Our dog tried to get the mouse.

It has bed bugs and Otway not clean. My friend was bitten up the next morning. Didn't notice until after we left and what home and took a shower and got dressed again

The beds are disgusting, the rooms are disgusting. They smell horrible. There are bedbugs,and they even left urine and poo in the toilet. The front desk didn’t have anything. No toilet paper, no towels. Nothing! I would never stay here again.

The emerald inn with its new owner is great. Renovented rooms office and staff. It's one of the nicer places to stay here in dyersburg.
