Great Location! Right outside the heart of downtown. The room was very clean and put together with appropriate ammenities like a Keurig and mini fridge. There is no office on site, however, when we called to do an earlier check-in they answered immediately and were more than happy to accomidate us. The self-enter locks were easy to use and honestly the preferred method. So happy to have stayed here and would stay here again!

We needed a Hermann hotel after our nephew’s wedding- and didn’t need a B&B. This was perfect. |Each room can be accessed with the personal code they send you, so no need to fuss with keys.|The room had everything we needed (we booked an economy room)- Keurig with plenty of options, remodeled shower, tons of charging ports, a mini fridge and the most comfortable bed!|There is no onsite lobby/staff- so in that regard, it is similar to an AirBnB…but they had an extremely detailed book outlining everything one might ask!|And staff could be reached by phone if needed.|There is also a vending room with ice/snacks.|If we come back to Hermann, this would be our first choice again.

Before 10 am on February 29, 2026 this would have been a 5 star review. While packing to check out at 11 a stranger put in their door code and opened the door. I am thankful I was not alone and my husband happened to be by the doorway to hear the door and stop the people outside from entering. Check out is 11, check in was listed at 3. Why was someone else able to open the locked door before the check out time? This could have been an extremely dangerous situation that myself, my husband, and the people who rented the room next were put into. That's unacceptable and I hope this will be the last time this ever occurs here. After leaving this review, we were changed for smoking in the room- we did not. They claimed to have proof, and also confirmed that the code on the door was changed befo

Great experience here. The property has been VERY recently updated OR the owners do an AMAZING job keeping the place up. Everything was clean, stocked, and beautifully decorated. I would stay here again for sure.

Great location! And so nicely rehabbed!!! We loved the decor so much we took pics and are using some ideas in our own bathroom remodel. Walking distance to distilleries, restaurants and wineries. And spotless too. Will definitely stay here again.
