Heritage Park Inn Kissimmee

Door into room ( 276) wouldn't shut completely , there was a 1 inch opening on the bottom. NO deadbolt or lock on door. Our first night , a couple came into our room at 6 am. The front desk gave them keys to our room. There is alot of rooms and it looked like the complex was about 10% occupied but they still gave them keys to our room. Beds were clean and comfy. There was a Refrigerator in the room and a TV. We stayed 3 days and nobody came and cleaned or brought clean towels.

The owner & staff at Heritage Park Inn in Kissimmee is OUTSTANDING. There is NO COMPARISON to the level of PERSONAL, SERVICE-ORIENTED QUALITY people & service found at HERITAGE PARK INN in KISSIMMEE. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Hands down, they are the most considerate and accommodating individuals I've ever stayed with, bar-none. BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA. 100% satisfaction & appreciation! Special Thanks to NADIA, VINNY, & TONE!

Rooms were ok but the environment around in the hotel was creepy, men walking around , I do not recommend to get there at night like I did. It was scary for me. Daytime is way better. Rooms were ok, we slept well.

⭐ 1 Star – This Place Should Be Shut Down Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Checked into a filthy, humid room with unmade beds and a horrible smell. When I asked for help, I was told the front desk was gone for the night—security eventually gave us a different room after I pushed back. That room? Dirty sheets, musty air, and the door handle fell off. We booked 3 rooms and were told only 1 was available. After 30 mins of confusion, we got 2 keys and were told to come back the next day for the 3rd. They photocopied our IDs and credit cards with no explanation. NO room service, NO towels delivered after multiple requests. Drawers had other guests’ items, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and we saw roaches. Someone violently smashed a car in the lot and then tried to break into

Wish I could give zero stars. Check in was ok. Walked in to extremely hot room. Instantly felt room was off and oh my, it was. Let’s just get to the root of the issue. Dead Cockroach 🪳 in start of bathroom, and if you see a dead one, then you know there’s a live one. Entered the shower area to find clumps of black hair in several areas of shower. Then looked up and saw a crusted wash towel hanging on shower curtain. And then turned around to find a live very active cockroach running along the wall into the toilet paper roll. So, I’m out. Done. We packed everything and headed to front desk to get a refund. The guy that checked us in was extremely rude and no refund was granted. Do not go here!! We will not settle not getting a refund. But do not go here!!! Nasty!!!!!
