HERITAGE INN & SUITES

Room is great. House keeping great, hard working people. I gave the rating a low because while I am working I rely on the internet. The wifi here is trash. I tell, their wifi is outdated. Like 4 years. I cant even work while the internet keeps dipping every 5-10 mins and when it dips there is no internet for like 30 mins... I just want work because I need money. What usually takes me an hour now take me a whole day. They need to upgrade their internet or something, it unbearable at this point, I'll probably stop an a coffee shop to solve this problem. No offering internet here unless you dont need it for work. Have a great day.

The bed was soooo comfy and everything else was just right. My ONLY gripes are that the ice machines were way upstairs, and that I eventually had to check out. Animal friendly, close to restaurants, and transportation. The only thing that some booking sites don't tell you is that you MUST pay a cash deposit erru 🫩sorry cannot recall if it was $40 or $100? But, it is worth it...to me it was anyway!

Hi I did a bad review on a heritage inn when I was here a while ago in another room and I’m back in a better room and I couldn’t be more satisfied I apologized to management and we had an understanding of the room I was in when the review was made it s a fasho difference the beds were comfy and room was clean so please understand everyone has bad days including businesses and I must say it was a bad day thanks for the hospitality and I will stay here anytime 😊

I’m homeless and this place makes me feel like I’m still on the streets just with beds it is disgusting 🤢 the fact that the county of San Bernandino is placing people here to wait on them to do whatever it is they do is ludicrous and I don’t know what this review will do but it’s fasho something that needs to be addressed soon it’s summer and the pool is the color of algae why is that I mean it can’t be that much to get it done wtbs I can’t afford it but I will be goin elsewhere soon and very soon it’s not working for my mental nor my overall health I’m grateful for the help however my mental is not stable enuff for this place
