Heritage Hotel New York City

I had a great stay at the Heritage Hotel in the Gramercy/Flatiron neighborhood of New York City. The location is excellent and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and multiple subway stations, which makes getting around the city very easy. One of the things that stood out most during my stay was the staff. I had the chance to chat with several team members (Zee, Sasha, Karen, and Lorraine) and they were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It made the hotel feel much more personal than a typical NYC stay. My room was actually larger than many other New York City hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Due to the South African Rand/USD exchange rate, we were on a tight budget when booking this hotel—so we hoped for the best and were pleasantly surprised.||The staff were friendly and helpful, willing to assist with any request. We had a spacious room on the 10th floor with a view of the Empire State Building. Unfortunately, the window was quite dirty, which did obscure the view somewhat.||The bathroom was small but clean, with basic amenities provided. Cupboard and hanging space is limited, but the room includes a small fridge and coffee-making facilities. I’ve stayed at few hotels in NYC. The location, value, and service are unbeatable in this price range. Situated in the Flatiron District, it serves as a great headquarters for any adventurer attempting to take on the City. It sits around the corner from multiple subway stations and bus stops, making exploration a breeze. Rooms are large compared to other hotels in the same price range, and the service at the front desk and from cleaning staff is UNMATCHED. We will be staying here from now on. Friendly staff, good service, very clean 😊 the location is great as there are many restaurants nearby to get breakfast, etc. Very quiet, calm. The beds were amazing, the mattresses and pillows were very soft! Had the best sleep ever! The heater worked well, and as it was cold outside, it managed to keep the room very warm. Would recommend!
