Henrosa Hotel

We stayed here on a Saturday night before our flight home. Valet parking next door was great and the hotel decor was nice. Location on Collins was so handy for Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road etc as we walked everywhere. H the r downside was that it was very noisy at night, people shouting in the street, cars revving through the night. I’d asked in advance for a quiet, high room but we were on the 2nd floor at the front so not sure this was taken into account. The walls were very thin, we could hear the people next door hang the toilet and drying their hair very early in the morning. |A private space for luggage would have been too as I was concerned leaving them in the lobby. Great location. Rooms are clean, spacious, air conditioned.. They allow me to do a really early check in with charge. The staff is nice, helpful and professional, specially Nathaly, such an awesome and kind person.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Henrosa Hotel! The place was super clean, the vibe was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is absolutely perfect — restaurants, stores, and the beach are all within a 5-minute walk. I also loved that they have beach chairs reserved for guests, which makes spending time at the beach even more convenient. Overall, a great stay in the heart of Miami Beach — would definitely come back! 🌴☀️

I arrived at the hotel after 8 PM and had a very unpleasant experience right from the start. I had to spend 45 minutes at the reception because the staff was completely unhelpful. The amount in their system was completely different from what I had in my booking confirmation. Instead of helping me, I was told it was my problem and that I should call the booking platform myself to sort it out. Then there was also confusion about whether breakfast was included or not, and I was almost charged extra for it. In the end, I was charged about one-third more than what my confirmed booking said, plus I had to pay a deposit on top of that. The staff explained it by saying I could use the beach chairs, which made no sense as I arrived at 9 PM and left at 10 AM the next morning, when the beach facilit

This review is a bit late since 7 months have passed, but I wanted to share my thoughts. The hotel’s location is very nice, very close to the beach. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very attentive. The rooms are clean. It’s great that it’s within walking distance to the beach as well as to all the shops and venues. I definitely really liked it. One of the best things about the hotel was that I made wonderful friendships and encountered pleasant coincidences.
