DO NOT STAY HERE! We paid extra for a king room and when we arrived a man half dressed in a robe came out of his hotel room door saying he worked there and that they were out of king rooms. When we booked it said they had 5 king rooms available so we checked the website again and it said they still had 4. The man claimed too many people had booked even though there was only one other car in the parking lot when we arrived back to our hotel late at night. The rooms are unsafe and disgusting. Floors were covered in crumbs and filth. The curtains were disgusting and barely staying on the wall. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall with no where to put the toilet paper. The towel rack was ripped off the wall by the sink with nowhere to place a hand towel. The cord that usually lined

Great location is the ONLY thing good about this place! Rooms and bathrooms… GROSS!!! No freaking hand soap… you have to hold down the toilet handle for 2 mins for the water to fill in the bowl and then slowly work its way down the pipe. The sheets on the bed DO NOT fit! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Hair in the corner of the bathrooms and make sure you have SLIPPERS to keep on your feet as the floor/carpet is YUCK! OHHHHHHHH and BEWARE of the gross substances on the drapes. Also found an open condom wrapper behind the toilet on the floor. So our recommendations are to STAY AWAY! I don’t write reviews but this was necessary. One night stay was done with one eye open and bring your rubber gloves…

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. I booked a single bed room for my mother so she could drive 2 hours and enjoy Midway's Swiss Days. Mind you I booked back in July for a room August 29th. She shows up and they tell her that her room is booked for the 30th. I have gone through all the emails to make sure that the booking was absolutely on the 29th. The day of the 29th THEY MODIFIED HER BOOKING!!!!! She was magically booked for the 30th and they were completely booked out so refused her any service or help. She's old, she doesnt know how to do any of that. I called the property multiple times and they would not answer.

I love my room . So clean and big and warm. My husband and me come to Heber every weekend and spend the night here . Is awesome the front desk boy is so kind and we are going to come back again!!

I stayed one night. The TV didn't work. My bedding was stained. The worse part was in the morning when I got ready to take a shower it was cold the whole time I was in the shower. It was painful for me because I have arthritis and wanted a hot shower. The other part was when went to the front to tell them I rang the bell three times and waited 10 minutes no one showed up. This is supposed to have 24 hour service you won't get it. No help and cold water.
