Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Napa Valley

This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed for a few nights, a few weeks ago, doing preparation for Neck Surgery. We enjoyed our few nights so much that we returned when time for surgery. (We stayed six nights after surgery) |The location made it perfect for Queen of the Valley hospital, just 10 minutes away.|The rooms are spotless. The cleaning staff do their job very well and should be commended. |The area seems very safe. I felt comfortable leaving my wife alone the night I stayed in the hospital. |The front office staff are very nice, very attentive. Everyone here doesn't seem to be going through the motions but genuinely like their jobs, are always pleasant and happy to see you.|The daily breakfast was phenomenal. The scrambled eggs are among the best I've ever had. The sausage?

Parking was rough as far as getting in and out of the driveway. Most of the desk staff was friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was very friendly and our rooms were cleaned very well. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The prices are good for Napa. The general manager was outstanding and was one desk assistant, Jillian. She went way beyond her job requirements for all guests to remember a great stay here. 5 🌟 for Jillian.

Nice hotel for the rate. Clean, well appointed and comfortable rooms. No smells and pet free for those with allergies. Nothing fancy but all you need and in great Napa location. Hot breakfast was okay for free. Good coffee. Unsecured wifi, so we did not use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Best indoor pool and hot tub I have seen in years in terms of cleanliness and keeping the room as well as water temperature correct. Friendly staff everywhere. Solid breakfast. Older motel but kept up nicely. Great place to stay in Napa. Negative: Everything was good.

Unfortunately had a bad smell. Can hear the cars if close to the road. Kind bed was OK. AC worked well. Water pressure was medium, got hot quickly. Sofa is vinyl so not too comfortable.
