Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Saint Robert

Right next to Fort Leonard Wood only 7.2 mi from the epicenter of the base and I was able to take my daughter on and off base as well as book a second vacation to take my wife and all the rest of my kids here to visit with military and check out the museums as well as historic Route 66 and a local 66 Diner that's 50 style absolutely amazing area and I love this hotel with the manager Ozzy!!! I would definitely recommend it to any friends or family that want to stay here.

Edit: It has alnost been a month and the manager still won't respond about a refund.....Please Read Before Booking!! We booked a stay at the hotel and paid in full on Priceline a week in advance. The reservation was found without issues, but they requested a card for incidentals. A charge showed for the whole stay again. We asked about this and they told us it was just incidentals and would fall off. The charge did go through so we called and requested a refund. We have been told the manager of this hotel is the only one who can give refunds, but he has made himself impossible to contact. No phone number and he is apparently not available on any set day at the hotel to speak to him, just an email to contact him. Positive: It was a great hotel room I like that fact it had a kitchenette and two bathrooms and it was very roomy too. Negative: Yea I didn’t like some of the staff that works the front desk the guy was very rude and nasty

For the price, the place was perfectly adequate. Clean and comfortable bed. Having a full kitchen with full size fridge was very convenient. The bathroom was much bigger than most budget hotel room bathrooms. Free dove shampoo & conditioner. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but the coffee was surprisingly decent quality. For the price, would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Excellent value. No free breakfast, but clean rooms at a great price. My wife appreciated the fact that "non-smoking" was clearly labeled in their online booking options. It wasn't very busy the times I've been here. We didn't interact with the staff very much, but they seemed friendly and courteous. The nearby Uranus general store and fudge factory is worth visiting.
