Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham College Station

I normally stay at this location but over the weekend it was horrible. I booked a room for Saturday and checked in the room was half way cleaned. They moved me to a different room and I still got the same results. There was trash and hair on the floor. The furniture was so dusty. The bathroom had hair everywhere on floor and toilet was dirty as well. The lady at front desk basically said they probably was rushing cause they was fully booked. That’s not an excuse. I will never return again!

Super clean. The front desk clerk, Shreya (I hope I spelled that right) was super friendly but perfectly professional.. she was spunky with an amazing attitude, way about herself. The room was perfect. I didn't see a speck of dirt. I used to clean rooms so I look for things most ppl wouldn't notice. Reserved through Expedia, great rate at just over $300 for 3 nights... Smooth checking with the online pre- check in option. 10/10 recommend!

Lovely hotel. Everyone was very nice. Nice rooms. But it wasn’t perfect. The breakfast buffet counter was high. I’m not very tall and could t see when I was trying to get the food. The floor in the room needed swept; there was dust bunnies and debris in the counters. I was staying there because my father was in the hospital. I had discussed with the front desk that I wasn’t sure how long my stay would be as we didn’t know what would happen. They assured me they would be very flexible with the reservation. He did pass away, and the front desk gave me a late checkout (just and extra hour) and said the rest of my reservation would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund. (I needed to head to the town he lived to make arrangements). The reservation was thru hotels.com, the hotel said

My friend and I just stayed 10 days at this hotel. We were not at all impressed with the service or the way we were treated. Let me preface by stating that we both have disabilities. I am in a wheelchair, and she is blind and has a guide dog. At first, things seemed okay. Our room was accessible and the lady who checked us in was nice. But after a few days and a few more interactions with other staff, we began to realize things were not as they seemed. They only cleaned our room twice during our entire stay, and rudely avoided our requests for service. Even when my friend spoke to the manager of housekeeping directly, they continued to avoid us. By the end of our stay, we felt extremely disrespected. We will not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere, especially if you have a disab
