Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Cincinnati/Sharonville

The entrance smelt horrible, couldn't decide if it was pot or dirty. The room we had was nice at first look, but then we realized the bathroom was horrible. Shower would not turn on, my mother lifts weights every day and she couldn't open it. The toilet was not cleaned, the shower didn't look clean either. The floor tiles were not put together properly(falling apart). It looked like there was mold in the shower. The lights were not good. The food stations seemed not to be cleaned on a regular. And I saw a room left open with a sink to wash my hands, I think I walked into the break room for employees but they didn't care I went in, but omgosh it was so nasty in there and smelt horrible(maybe explains the smell in the lobby). I did not like this place, I will never come back.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it was fine. We just stayed there for one night in December of 2025, and it was a poor experience. The furniture is broken, the floors are dirty, and it seemed like our room was not vacuumed. The room was absolutely freezing, and it took quite some time to warm up. Everything just felt off and not clean. I would not stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway with a Great Pool! I had an excellent stay at this hotel recently and was especially impressed with the heated pool area. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated the smooth check-in process and how quiet the hotel was at night, ensuring a restful sleep. Whether you’re traveling for business or just need a break, this place is a great choice. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommended!

We got out of the car and the front desk guy was really straight forward. We had got our keys for our room and normally we’re not picky at all..BUT, there must of been urine on the sheets or poop stain or whatever. Even if it’s washed it shouldn’t be used. Disgusting. You’d think everything you’d need would be in the restroom except for tooth paste…apparently you gotta wait through the big line for the one person that works there in order to get a little bottle of hotel tooth paste. We won’t be returning

Positive: Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Negative: The refrigerator was not working properly on the night (Friday) I checked in. I had to unplug it because of the noise. Reported it the next morning and it was fixed Monday but I did not have use of the fridge for 3 of my 5 day stay.
