Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Amarillo

What a gem! The room was spacious and slept all 5 of us comfortably! Breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles, and more! Coffee was brewed (which was sooo nice!) For the price, this was a great stay.

Positive: Had a ceiling fan in the room, comfortable beds. Negative: Nobody said anything about the pool being closed when I asked hours. We went to swim and all of a sudden they said it was closed. They didn?t offer anything to make it better. We went to watch TV instead and the TV didn?t work. My kids were disappointed

We needed last min place to stay while truck was being fixed. This was recommended by Mechanic. Just what we needed. Clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to get a quick bite to eat and located within walking distance of Loves too. Happy with stay.

Didn't meet my expectations. No sign on the building, not enough ports for electronic devices, (cell phone), curtains block the airflow of the A/C (it was in the triple digit temperature range outside). Generally an average stay for a supposedly upscale hotel. Also had problems extending the stay and had to be reassigned to different rooms.

You’ll need navigation to find it because there’s no sign and it’s in a maze of access roads and etc. But the rooms are clean and quite large and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Apparently they are in the process of renovating. Who knows but it was a good place to stay.
