Haven Inn & Suites

The rooms are So Bad. The housing Code enforcement needs to come out and see these. My friend stays there and he be sick and everything because of Mold and mildew the curtains looks like they haven't been changed in years. I pray someone who cares sees this

In a state of exhaustion after 14 hours and nearly 800 miles, we "settled" for this property for convenience. While our expectations were admittedly low, this property made us very happy. We needed only a sleeping room before heading out again the next morning. We received a clean, quiet, comfortable room at an excellent price. Location was adjacent to the Interstate, easy off, easy on. The room was spacious and included a microwave and refrig. The bed was comfortable, and parking was immediately outside our door. Although a hot breakfast (waffles, pre-formed egg somethings, and cold items) was available, we skipped it. We've paid a lot more, and received less elsewhere. We would definitely visit this property again.

This motel was okay for the price that I paid. It was pretty much clean. Smelled ok. The first room that we were given-the toilet did not work so we were given another room which was much cleaner and nicer. The bed and pillows are hard, so take your own pillow. The location is great....lots of restaurants within walking distance. Less than 3 minutes from downtown. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Longhorn, Waffle House, McDonalds, Super K-Mart, Publix, Movie theaters, Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell and many more in close proximity of motel. Very quiet location. I would stay here again. Very few amenities but can't beat the price. Good place to stay if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights. The entrance is awkwardly located behind a Shell gas station. If the desk clerk hadn't told us when we called we wouldn't have known to turn in through the shell parking lot. ||||The staff was ok, not rude but not real friendly either. There was a lot of nodding and smiling-language barrier is an issue.||||The room was decent size, organ.used well, pretty clean. Beds were hard and lump. ||||Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Mini bagels were stale, 2 choices of cereal, toast and bananas. ||||There is a washer/dryer outside in the breezeway for guests-it was a little scary washing clothes in it but desperate times call for desperate measures. ||||WARNING use caution when walking on the sidewalk downstairs - the cleaning staff likes to throw huge wad

Cheap and roaches everywhere.. old sheets . Old furniture . Maintenance is nice but the room have holes in walls and smell.. went through three cans of bug spray to get some sleep. Cable sucks and manager is racist. Don't have microwave and mine fridge leaks .no room service and bathroom never been cleaned
