Hartford Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. Free breakfast, not that great but it's free. Check in and check out was easy. They provided a hot water boiler and slippers! They also have soap dispensers - much better than the average hotel bar soaps. They have the two bedroom suites - it was perfect. The extra space allowed us to store our luggage. Wish it had a pool for the kids.

Easy access from highway, still surprisingly quite rooms. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Pillows very high and hard. Very nice person taking care of the breakfast, front desk service could had been a bit nicer. General feeling very good and recommended.

This location was convenient for us. The rooms were very clean. Our room had a walk in shower. No loud noise. Staff is friendly. A great overall experience. We will be staying here again when coming to Rosemead area.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a short family trip. The visitors in this hotel are mainly Chinese. The hotel is next to highway, and we requested a quiet room which is pretty good. It is great that the parking is free. Nearby there are many restaurants and grocery stores, so the location is quite convenient. One thing I suggest to improve is breakfast, since the options for breakfast is very limited.

Very beautiful hotel, staff was very nice and accommodating. I was traveling with my disabled grandmother and the gentleman at the front, Eric, moved us closer to the elevator without us asking. They also had a shower chair for us to use.
