Hard Rock Hotel New York

We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Manhattan. The staff were very professional, kind, and always helpful. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless. The location was perfect for getting around the city. Highly recommend

My family and I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel NYC in February 2026. We were originally booked for 4 nights but had to extend our stay for an additional 3 nights due to our flights being cancelled because of the big blizzard. We loved our stay! The rooms were modern and comfortable. There were cool rock details in the hotel room. The location cannot be beat - close to Time Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Plaza, Radio City Music Hall, etc. The staff were very genuine, friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here at Hard Rock in NYC! Beautiful and clean rooms, and very attentive staff.|Inside Hard Rock dont miss Sessions (2nd Floor) . We had several absolutely lovely meals there as well as some nice craft cocktails. Our favorite person at Hard Rock was our server Augustus. He was prompt, friendly and very attentive! His caring demeanor made us feel like we were at home, and when we came back for another meal we made sure to request him. Be sure to request Augustus, you won't be sorry because he will make sure tour experience is the best it can be! Of note, the two soups on Sessions menu (chicken noodle and veg minestrone) are PERFECT if you want a light healthy option! Highly recommend!|We will be back!

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for a week in early January. This place is fantastic. The staff were very welcoming, rooms were warm and inviting and the location is outstanding. We travelled as a family of 4 and found the whole experience wonderful. The minute we got out of the car and the staff member immediately helped us with our bags and helped us get settled. The food at the restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced for the location. If you are looking for a perfect spot to stay in New York with dedicated staff and clean rooms, this is it. It was also a nice touch to have the staff at the first floor desk always say good morning or offer help each day, brought a very kind and welcoming vibe to the whole trip. Hopefully we will return soon, however it’s a long trip from Aus

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel New York in Manhattan was absolutely amazing. The room was excellent — stylish, comfortable, and perfectly designed. Everything in the hotel felt high-end and thoughtfully done. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was truly delicious with great variety and quality. I felt extremely safe throughout my stay; security was clearly a priority, which gave me real peace of mind. The music vibe was fantastic — energetic yet classy — and I never felt bored for a second. It’s a hotel full of life. The hotel itself is very chic and modern, and the people staying there were well-dressed, elegant, and respectful.
