Hard Rock Hotel And Casino Tulsa

I've been supporting the Hard Rock Brand since the cafes started opening in the early 80s. Long before the tribe and casinos took over. I've been to 105 around the world. Many of those more than once. I only count the first visit. When I googled it says that this HR supports Unity members (I was a member of the old rewards program), but the front desk had no clue. Cody at the front desk was even RUDE about it. She needs some major training in basic client dealings, but especially with Unity members. I was supporting the Brand before she was even born. The ladies in the Rock Shop were great and it's the only reason this hotel didn't get a 1 or 2 star. Room was comfy enough...water and chocolate guitar. This place is totally awesome. What a poker room, their food locations, their gaming locations, the people are so nice is unreal. I wish the Cherokee in silos frames was the same way every time you go to the one in Solomon Springs, you feel like you're doing them a favor. I found a new place to Play poker and that will be at the hard Rock.It's awesome

I was cheering for my friend at the roulette table and all of a sudden security walked straight up to me out of nowhere and asked me to hand over my beer I wasn't even halfway done drinking it and they said I was no longer allowed to consume and that they were cutting me off! I just think it's funny how they cut us off when we were winning they didn't bother us at all when we were loosing. I wasn't expecting anything but to enjoy myself and we were actually very disappointed because I wasn't seeing rude to anyone or causing a scene. We were in town to see the band Wilson Phillips in concert. They were amazing!! Now for the casino and hotel itself. The casino is completely decorated with amazing rock memorabilia. All genres and eras are represented well. So, if you are music fan this is a must. The casino itself was absolutely disgusting with cigarette smoke. There were many people smoking cigars as well which brings a new level of stink to things. I have been in many casinos, and know that cigarettes are part of the deal.
