GLō Best Western Tulsa-Catoosa East Route 66

The rooms are great. Big, spacious, and clean. The price was excellent. Less than what I have paid at previous places on my trip. The only problem was, the little guy at the desk said that they don't tale cash. What??? I mean, I gave you a credit card to keep on file if anything got damaged, but you can't tale my $100 dollar bill. Whatever, I paid him and went on with my life. That was the only thing that was off. Other than that, this place is great.

Excellent value for the money. We had a room with one king bed, desk and over-stuffed chair. Bed was comfortable but a little on the soft side. The pillows, on the other hand, were very hard and much too thick. Floors were not carpeted but had luxury vinyl flooring. Lots of open space in the room. It's a fairly new place maybe 5 years old. Staff were very pleasant and helpful especially in the morning, We liked the fact that you could park your car in front and it was visible even from the 4th floor. Breakfast was very good with eggs, potatoes, and sausage. They also had a gluten-free bar available, waffles, and several other items. Coffee including decaf was available 24/7. I'm usually an IHG guy 99% of the time, but they priced themselves out of sight this time because of special event in town. Anyway, I was surprised by the Glo. Hotel was very clean, well kept. The rooms are a decent size, with nice beds, and nice size shower. The lamps by the nightstand hang a little low (you'll see what I mean if you stay here) but not a huge deal, just odd. The fitness room is one of the nicer ones I've used at a hotel. It's very well kept, with nice equipment so you can exercise while on the road. The Best Western Glo is a nice place to rest, and the price is great. Hopefully they keep it up, and I'll definitely be looking for more of them when traveling. I would reccomend the BW Glo in Catoosa, OK.

The room was nice, had a clean smell. A/C worked good. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Bathtub was not clean. There was grime on the walls and floor and hair from the previous guest. You could hear EVERYTHING the person above you was doing and they were active until 2am so I didn't get good sleep. I could hear them talking, moving things around, shutting doors, etc. There is a smoke detector that constantly flashes a bright white light. You can also hear the highway traffic. Front desk staff is very nice. The breakfast is pretty good except the sausage was gross and hard.
