Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tulsa Catoosa

Arrived at hotel a little before 3 and no rooms yet available so front desk clerk took our number to call us when room was ready. There are several restaurants close by so we went to one while waiting but never received that call.🤷🏻‍♀️ Nice decor in hotel.Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. My husband thought all the pillows were too soft. Had a nice reading light by the bed. The shower had a low flow head so the water pressure was low. The tub/ shower floor was slippery so we laid a hand towel down in it. Breakfast was ample with good already made oatmeal ( not in packets) with good toppings. Internet and tv channels were great. Loved the location of the hotel being so close to restaurants and Rt. 66.

I grew up in Catoosa and was interested to see what things were like in the area since I moved away over 20 years ago. We stayed at Fairfield while visiting family. The king bed was definitely a queen if not a full. We have a king at home so the size difference was quite obvious. The thermostat seems regulated to about a 2 degree tolerance so it's impossible to nail a comfortable temp in the room, it fluctuates constantly. The breakfast was actually disgusting; mushy browned apples and stale bread/bagels. We ended up buying breakfast items at the Walgreens so we could eat something palatable in the mornings. Not enough towels in the room. We asked for an extra pillow at the front desk, the manager sort of vacillated on whether that was possible (the parking lot was empty, so I know there w

BEDBUGS! BEWARE!!! We stayed here for to be closer to airport for am flight with kiddos. Aside from disastrous check in, we are all covered in bed bug bites. I am familiar with hospitality procedure and law. I politely gave staff 3 chance to rectify this. I left 3 messages for the manager to contact me. My last phone call the receptionist was horribly rude, denied my request to speak with a manager and refused any steps towards ramifications. So I will be leaving pictures here as well as trip advisor. Room 204 , Sept 17th. I had to take my kids to Disney covered in bed bug bites thanks to this hotels negligence. And found out that I am apparently allergic to them. So fun. EPA and formal Health Department Complaint filed. I was not the one to leave high and dry on an issue like this. Enjoy

The management of this hotel clearly has very high standards for the safety and the comfort of their guests. This hotel is spotless and very clean. You can smell the freshness in the air when you walk into the hotel and into the room. It is excellently managed and maintained. Beautiful rooms, clean and fresh smelling towels. We’ve stayed here numerous times and they have been consistent each and every time. They provide a very safe environment. Recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed.

Service was good. Staff was accommodating. Room was comfortable with one exception. King bed mattress was in rough shape. Mattress was sunk in the middle. Not comfortable as one would usually find.
