Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Catoosa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on a trip east. The hotel has a modern feel and in good shape. The room was decent sized and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were traveling with a bike tied to a roof rack, and while it was locked, we were a little nervous about it. The desk clerk found a spot for us to park near the door where it would be more visible to might staff. We appreciated that. Breakfast was the usual Hampton fare and was good. We’d stay there again.

Positive: Check in process was easy Negative: There was a roach in my room and I took a picture and a video of it and showed the front desk and they just wrote it down. They did not apologize. They did not offer anything and I am livid. That’s disgusting.

the water didnt get hot in our room or in the hot tub. there was a bunch of little kids screaming running through the halls and slamming doors until about 1045 pm. Those same kids were at the pool unsupervised all the way, coming into the hot tub while their parents who whoever was with them sat on the other end...these were kids under 8 but not younger than 2...then finally after about 30 minutes one set of the parents came and the guy pulled the girl onto his lap in front of us and these kids to start humping her in the hot tub...we left at this point. And then at breakfast some of those same kids were screaming again...oh and every time we came back to our room there was a creepy old lady who would run out at us and kept her door cracked all night. We felt very unsafe and didnt get very

Our room was very clean but was a little dated. The hotel has signs up that it is being refurbished so perhaps the room will be updated soon. Close to quite a few food options but a lot seem to be closed on a Sunday. An easy on off for the interstate.

Comfy, clean, and very nice rooms. The place was fully booked and noise wasn't bad at all! I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
