Harborside Suites

Great location but has a sort of "seen better days" feel. Carpeting in hall worn and gray my, the furniture in the rooms was outdated and sparse. Generally not very inviting. On the plus side, it was clean. Carpets were worn, but vacuumed, room was clean and comfortable mattress and the sheets had fresh clean smell. The bathroom was immaculate. The towels could probably be replaced, but we're clean and bright white. 👍🏻 To housekeeping.

The location is ideal for exploring Mid-Cape—close to attractions, restaurants, and a shopping plaza. While the exterior of the hotel looks rundown and poorly maintained, the room itself was a pleasant surprise: clean, modern, and fully updated.||We stayed in a loft-style suite that featured a kitchenette, a comfortable sitting area, and an upstairs loft with two queen beds, a table, and a dresser. The room was non-smoking and equipped with both a wall AC unit and a portable AC, which kept it cool and comfortable.||The kitchenette came with a fridge, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates—though no stove. We decided to plan a last minute trip to the Cape last weekend and fortunately stumbled upon Harborside Suites. We typically like to stay in suite-style rooms because we have 2 young toddlers. We got the Kings Deluxe suite and were pleased with the accommodation. The resort also allows dogs so we were able to bring ours, which was nice! A few reviews mention cleanliness but I have to say, that was not our experience. Our kids accidentally knocked into the dogs water dish and when I wiped up the water I was surprised to see how clean the floors were. Our linens were also all clean! The only thing I would mention (at no discredit to the resort, but as an FYI to families) is that our style room was loft style and it is VERY BRIGHT inside at all times of the day. I would give 0 😱. The worst people ever. Liars. Would never ever step in there in my life. They told us different pice at his office and told different price when was time to book. Worst people ever.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Needed a pet friendly room for my family and dog early due to work on my house preventing occupancy for a number of hours. Staff provided accommodations well before check in time when other hotels would not. I am very appreciative to their kindness and service. Would highly recommend this establishment for pet owners and others.
