Honestly underwhelmed. Great location. Had to pay for parking even though it is not in a city where that is common. The room furniture, including the bathroom, was well used and in need of replacement. Laminated floors meant we could hear the people in the room above walking around easily. Headboard was attached to the common hallway wall so every time a guest let their door slam it shook the bed. Paper thin walls as well. Wouldn't stay there again without renovations. Staff was quick, efficient and friendly.

Great hotel. Clean, nice sized rooms. Staff was great. The Auld Shebeen Irish Pub was great in the lobby. Shout out to Mike for great service behind the bar. The only drawback was having to pay for parking when there are no other options available. This is a new feature at the hotel, never had to pay before.

I was extremely disappointed with the treatment that our group received during our organization's event with well over 1,000 people in attendance last month. First and foremost there was only 1 elevator in operation out of 4 available elevators for 1,000 people. Everyone was typically following a schedule and needed to be at certain events at specific times. This resulted in wait times of up to an hour just to use the elevator throughout the duration of the 2 day event. Despite repeated requests to have this addressed, we were told that they were being worked on when no one was working on them and there was nothing that could be done. Nothing was ever done for 2 entire days. Second, a handicapped member of our organization asked for handicapped accommodations which wasn't a problem wh

Location very convenient for my needs. Gorgeous hote! immaculate, great size room and comfortable bed.|But the Pierre de resistance, the staff! When I tell you that Tara Tan went above and beyond customer service, I really mean it! We had a snowstorm overnight, I did not have anything in my car to get the snow off. The gentleman at the front desk let me a brush and Tara followed us outside cleaned off the entire car! Wow.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel! But I have to give a shout out to the new parking QR codes. It is so much easier than having to run a ticket back out to my car after I’ve already checked in. Being able to use technology to account for the parking is awesome! Also everyone at the front desk is always so friendly. Shout out to Khadijah for being so nice!
