Extended Stay America Suites- Hanover - Parsippany

This was definitely the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The hallways reeked of pot, the “guests” are the shadiest people I have ever seen. I heard people running, laughing, yelling at 3am many nights. They have a dedicated parking spot for police! Planes fly really low over this place if you’re on the 3rd floor your room shakes and it’s really loud. The rooms are musky and dirty. The tub is really dirty and gross. There is absolutely no service everything is self serve including throwing out your own garbage, making your own beds, and if you want clean towels you have to bring the used towels up to the check in desk and ring the phone because there’s never anyone actually at the desk in order to get replacements. They have the audacity to charge $150 extra for pets and the rooms are gro

It seems that these 4 people carry all of the weight around here and everyone else working here just hanging out. The only reason why I am leaving 5 star review. ||You can tell that they care. I saw Mark talking with the guest making sure everything OK with their rooms and if they needed anything. He has a very commanding presence, very intelligent and well spoken. This is a real leader that is going places. ||The other supervisor (short guy) just pretended to be busy and seemed to have a lot of negative energy. If that is the case stay at home, but don't bring it to work. ||The hallways were not clean and some of the other guests were weird but because of the 3 beforementioned people I will give this place another chance. The location is very nice.

First time discrimination I have faced in this nation happened in this hotel branch! To you the manager and your team! I wasn't homeless! I wasn't a criminal! I wasn't a fugitive I was human like you! For you to set up a trap and refuse to take payments for you to create a trap on me to chase me out of my room was in human and irresponsible of your roles as hotel attendants or workers to remind you your workers in that hotel branch! Your paid to fairly give service to those guests you see walk in! Never at any point feel superior to them! Some of those guests you see are far much qualified with life experiance than you seem to be! Your action was so irresponsible and not worth it! I will push my voice until i find Justice even if it's to reach the CEO!. You refused to take my payments on

this place is genuinely the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at. the first room i was assigned had hair all over the bed indicating the bed was made but no sheets or pillow cases were changed. absolutely disgusting. then we get assigned another room and that room too had hair on the bed but this time, PUBES. the floor was absolutely filthy, there are dried dirty foot prints all over this room. then when i went to throw away a tissue in the bathroom, i saw the dirty garbage can with used condoms in it. i’m so repulsed, i can’t believe this hotel isn’t closed. i believe they genuinely did not clean these rooms whatsoever or change the sheets. i don’t comprehend how this is even allowed or why this is. guests don’t deserve to sleep in filth when they pay a pretty penny for a room and risk al
