Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Downtown

I liked this room, it was close to climate pledge and had plenty of room. We were on the 5th floor and in the corner. Nice size balcony, quiet, full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave. They also had things to cook and eat with. There was an electric fireplace. The bedroom was a separate room and had a walk in closet. I didn't however like that the bed was extra firm and so was the couch. It just wasnt comfortable. The shower had this little foot rest too shave but as soon as I lightly touched it it was trying to come out of the wall, the sink in the bathroom drained very slow and we had a heck of a time trying to get the heat to come on. I probably wouldn't book it again due to the bed but if you like a hard mattress this place would be great for you.

Positive: Staff was great! Room was clean. Bed was good. Room had plenty of room to move around. Negative: The biggest issue we had was the noise. We could hear hallway conversations. Please above use moving around. Had to turn on TV for white noise.

We are frequent guests of this hotel and have consistently had positive experiences. Our recent stay did not share was less than adequate. The room we occupied during this visit appeared to have significant bathroom maintenance issues and, in our opinion, should not have been in service. The bathroom light intermittently flickered, the flooring at the base of the bathtub appears to be deteriorating, and the tiles were unstable. Additionally, water leaked from the tub during use, indicating a likely underlying structural issue. We did notify hotel staff during our stay and were offered a maintenance visit. However, given the apparent extent of the damage, it did not seem feasible that the issue could be adequately addressed during our two-night stay. Our intent in sharing this feedback i

I loved the room—it was big and spacious. The location was also great, and the breakfast was good. However, the check-in process could be improved. There was only one staff member at the front desk despite many guests waiting, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to complete the check-in.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas and just wanted to say thank you to Catherine and Cecil especially (unsure if spelling is correct). Two fantastic employees who both went out of their way to either welcome us with an early check-in that was available, and Cecil who went out of his way to help me find some lost shoes. Very clean rooms thanks to Andrea and her team over the holidays too!||This is our third time staying at Hampton at 700 Fifth Avenue and we love the staff, the location and everything it offers, but the kindness of Cecil and Catherine was exceptional so wanted to write a review!
