Do not stay here! Highly disappointed, went to take a shower and it didn’t work, breakfast was a sad situation many people irritated. Ran out of waffle mix, coffee, eggs were out for sometime, poor quality food. Many people le ft tired of waiting for refills! Only one lady working maybe need more help!!!! Won’t stay again place needs a complete remodel!!!! Knocked off $20 for no shower, whoopee!!!!!

Great locStion but we went to check and the lady said 3 words to me. Never acknowledged my diamond status, never offered my perks. Nothing. Even submitted the issue on my Hilton app and never heard a word back. They obviously don't care about customer service

Good front desk service, but the room had some pretty rough edges for a hampton. Bad drywall patches, needs paint, broken thermostat, loose plugs, and a tempermental AC. Also breakfast ends at 10, but we came down at 930 and the potatoes had barely 1 serving left, which was undercooked, and waffles had already been put up. Breakfast was generally in a sorry state. We watched multiple guests come in and be disappointed over the next 30 minutes as the breakfast attendant only continued to put things up early and failing to adequately maintain the promised breakfast.

Nice hotel, designed primarily for corporate or for group use. Our room was clean and spacious. Only shortfall is lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom and presence of various types of bugs (cockroaches, flies, moles). Also an addition of fresh cut fruit salad would make the breakfast healthier. Something needs to be done with the water pressure in the shower; it’s very low, takes a long time to wash off.

Positive: The location and breakfast offering. Negative: The woman at check-in was so rude. She did not greet me, did not speak a single word. She only responded when I asked a question. Did not bother to point out ANY of the hotel features and handed me my key card - then I was dismissed.
