Comfort Inn & Suites Rifle

The Comfort Inn in Rifle, Colorado has been our home for a week, the last few Christmas Breaks for our Colorado ski trip. All of the staff members are helpful, will treat you like family, and sincerely care about how your day is going when you return from your adventures. The hotel has a rotating breakfast schedule, a well-maintained pool/whirlpool for the guests, and an elevator for the second and third floor rooms. The ground floor is reserved for pets. When in western Colorado, this is the best place to stay. They will take good care of you.

We stayed a night here when our vehicle broke down. Great service and a clean stay. They were willing to work with me during the repair process. The night desk person was painting Christmas decorations on the window and made sure check-in was fast and easy. Tamara, the manager, was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed before heading to Denver, including a couple of bottles of water for the trip. The breakfast is the hotel fare, but everything was clean, clean, clean. This location is what all hotels should aspire to. Comfort Inn is better than most, and Rifle Comfort Inn is great.

Toilet clogged , holes in curtains. Didn’t have proper lighting for dog park at night. Didn’t feel clean.my last stay at a choice property was great . This property needs some serious help

Such a wonderful stay. We arrived after midnight with a car full of little kids and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and offered a late checkout. The pool was clean and well-maintained and rooms clean and spacious. Would recommend some updated gym equipment. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Lovely stay and thank you!

The so called manager Juliet is very harassing towards their guests, especially towards rewards members who she treats like the homeless people staying in “her” hotel parking lot. I asked her nicely for a 2pm checkout since the night clerk said they’re not even halfway occupied for tonight and was more than doable. She gave me a hard time saying I booked through a third party reservation and didn’t realize It was a tiered rewards member reservation. Then when she sees me and my service dog at the dining area with no one around, she proceeded to harass me some more saying that it’s offensive to have dogs in the dining area due to other guests. I informed her that my service dog was not on the table but on her chair. She continues to say I can’t be there so I pointed out the sign that state
