Hampton Inn & Suites Pueblo-Southgate

Staying at the Hampton Inn (Pueblo Southgate) was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were amazingly friendly! As I am physically disabled, the woman supporting the morning breakfast service (Guadalupe) provided (without my even asking!) extra assistance with getting my breakfast to/from the table. She kindly brought extra hot water for my tea, as help to clean up afterwards. Breakfast was delicious! During the night, moreover, a woman with brunette hair working the night shift quickly brought up extra linens (recall her name was Molly or Megan or Mary?) - as new bed linens were needed unexpectedly too. Everyone working at this hotel was EXTRA friendly, the room was EXTREMELY clean, and ALLL the staff provided outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel - and our family will be

Positive: This was my favorite place. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendation for a restaurant that was very good. Breakfast hostess was very nice and wanted to make sure we had enough to eat. I love oatmeal. Housekeeping does a great job Negative: We liked it all!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We were staying here with a large group for a youth sporting event. Multiple vehicles got broken into in the parking lot. This hotel has no security cameras, minimal lighting outside, and the hotel staff don't appear to care when it happens. Law enforcement will not show up to make a report, and make you do it online. Talking to other businesses in the area for access to their security cameras they said break ins happen daily at this hotel. The hotel next door has minimal to no issues.

This place was amazing, I work in construction and service here was top damn notch! The amazing lady on the night shift prevented our trailer from being cleaned out by a thief and got the cops there in time, I can’t thank her enough! Thanks to the amazing staff here at this place.

No lights in the parking lot which leads to daily vehicle break ins my father had his tools stolen from his trailer and , this hotel is where thieves go shopping. No security or anything and the cops will just hand you a paper to complain on a website not accomplishing anything. The hotel manager refuses to do anything to combat this frequent occurrence. So if you don't want all of your personal belongings to get stolen I would probably just book the hotel next to this one where they actually have lights in the parking lot.
