Hampton Inn & Suites Hopkinsville

As soon as you arrive in parking you can tell they care alot about the hotel. Very clean. And when those doors open the clean smell of cleaning products and rich roast coffee was a big warm hug. Only if everywhere was like this there wouldn't be a frown anywhere. Desk clerk offered coffee before we did any paperwork. He answered all my questions. Fast clean friendly service. Go here!!!!

Positive: Breakfast was decent. Negative: Room 214 should NEVER be sold to another traveler again. It?s DIRECTLY above the sliding glass entry way doors and sounds like people are moving furniture across the ceiling constantly but it?s coming from below you EVERY SINGLE TIME THE DOORS OPEN.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. THE STAFF ARE GREAT!!! Super helpful and responsive, especially Heather. I had to keep produce in their break room fridge - they were so helpful and kind about bringing the food back and forth to the front desk. Super friendly people! The rooms were clean and well equipped but on the small side. The only issue is the location. It abuts a highway - the traffic noise is very loud, especially the trucks, if your room is on the back side of the hotel. But in terms of convenience, it's a good location and there's a good Mexican restaurant right in front of the motel.

Spent 4 nights here and it was excellent. Breakfast varies daily and was good overall. I had a King Suite and the room was very spacious. AC and heat worked well. Only issue was the toilet ran pretty much during the entire stay. Gym has one treadmill, one elliptical, one bike and lots of weights. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. There are several reserved spots for Diamond members. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. Seems to be a very safe area.
