Hampton Inn & Suites Clermont

Miss Wandy, the lovely night auditor, was very nice and incredibly helpful. As she checked us in we told her of a horror story of coming from the hotel down the street. She listened to us wholeheartedly and made sure our stay here was NOTHING like the last hotel. She is really good at her job and a great person. Glad we got to meet her :)

Stayed two nights. Room very comfortable and spacious. Well, the mattress on the side near the bathroom was a little "worn". Chandler at the front desk was helpful as we were paying for 2 rooms, 1 with points and cash. Plenty of free parking. Get to breakfast early. It was crowded on a Sunday morning!

Positive: "" Negative: First staff are not very welcoming at all. The lady at breakfast area is so rude and keeps starring at the customers how they handle food.Second, the hotel claims they room every other day, but when they clean it, they don't clean beds or sheets.

My recent stay was truly fantastic! 🤩 The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotless, providing a wonderful retreat. ✨ The service staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful. 😊 I had a truly great experience here. 👍

Me and my family booked somewhere else and the previous hotel ran out of room forcing us to search for another hotel. It was 8 of us travel. Wandy was so eager to help us. Wandy customer service was excellent. She was so passionate and patient with us. Hotel looks nice and clean. Free breakfast and parking close to retail.
