I had an absolutely fantastic stay thanks to Courtney! She was amazing—so professional, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to help with my stay. On top of that, the hotel was amazing spotlessly clean, with an astonishing breakfast spread and coffee always ready. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Stayed at this property while visiting family in Cincinnati. I arrived considerably before the 4 PM check-in time. Sal, the front desk clerk explained that check-out time had just passed and they were starting to clean rooms. She also told me that some of her housekeeping staff had called in sick. She told me to feel free and set up my computer in the breakfast area. She got me a wifi code, the TV remote, and made certain there was freshly brewed coffee. I don't think I even waited 30 minutes before she called me to the front desk and told me that my room was ready. In spite of being short-handed in the housekeeping department Sal went out of her way to get my room ready early. I travel for business every other week. For the most part I see good customer service, but it is rare when I see

Positive: The staff was excellent. Very clean hotel. Negative: Unfortunately the hotel was right next a very busy and very noisy Harrison Road. The street noise eased up about 11pm but cranked back up at 6am.

Perfect Staff, Amazingly Clean, Great Breakfast Options. Hotel smells wonderful not like other locations. Shout out to Owners for putting a Hilton Property here and for hiring an awesome staff.
