Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Downtown

The Front desk receptionist Azjanae is what hospitality is all about. She could not have been more welcoming, helpful and overall just delightful to us. The hotel is very clean, has a beautiful pool and a warm home like vibe to the place!

I'm given this a 3...the house keeper was the best ever they call her the queen she was so polite and loving she has been there for 20 years . Hands down she made me feel at home. Felicia was the best at the desk as well was Marilyn. Very helpful ladies. I only gave it a 3 because I HAVE CALLED 2 times to ask about my Keurig that I left in my room and both times was told they will get back to me, and today is day 3 with no phone call back

Best hotel! The service is amazing.|The front desk agent, Felicia, was outstanding — she helped me a lot.||My mom is currently staying at this hotel on a business trip and asked me to help her buy a piece of luggage, as her English is limited. I called the front desk, and Felicia kindly assisted me in finding a local store where I could purchase what my mom needed. She even received the luggage and made sure to deliver it to my mom.||What an incredible service!|Felicia, if you’re reading this — please keep up the great work. We need more people like you in the hospitality industry.||Thank you so much!

Positive: It has all the amenities, it was very clean, smelled fresh despite it is a pet friendly hotel and the rooms are immediately spacious! II?m absolutely going back. Negative: Found a few popcorn kernels under the bed so it was 10/10 clean. Besides that the room was very clean and the hotel as well.

Customer service was amazing! They really know how to make a customer feel at home! Azjanae specifically was the number one concierge and communications coordinator that you want to interact with at any type of hotel! If you’re not staying at the Hampton Inn, you’re not staying at somewhere comfortable! Ask for Azjanae, she is 10 out of 10! Let’s go Buffalo!
