Hampton Inn & Suites Brunswick

We love the Hampton Inns. I have a chemical sensitivity specifically to bleach, and far too many hotels clean with bleach. The Hampton Inns don't seem to. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the front desk staff was both competent and friendly. The bed was super comfortable, with lots of fluffy pillows. Parking was easy, and thw location right off of I95 was very convenient. Highly recommend.

It was ok, a few of the staff were absolutely delightful, to be honest the only issue i had was the 3 mornings I was there I had one warm shower and 2 cold ones. In defense of the hotel, I didn't make a complaint. It was a bed and served it's purpose. Oh and about half of the room lights didn't work

It was clean enough, but it didn't have the Hampton Inn standards I have come to expect. Our bathroom sink stopper wouldn't stay up, the complimentary shampoo in the shower was empty, and one elevator was stopped all morning with a partially open door on our floor. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, but it was frigid, even though it was in a temperature controlled room and had been 85° the day prior. It was so cold that kids didn't even want to swim. There was a closed hot tub that was covered with plywood, which the front desk said had been closed for years.

Not one of the best Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed in. Room was clean but needs updating or at least some maintenance. See pictures, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling and door, wall paper damage by cleaning staff up and down corridor. No shampoo in dispenser. We are usually very pleased with Hampton Inn’s, this one is just not quite up to par with others.
