Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta-Galleria

Love this Hampton Inn! Starting with the staff! Shout out to Anton. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was lovely. The cute added touch of shamrocks for Saint Patrrick's Day were pleasing and the room was very clean and well maintained. All items worked as intended, and if you saw my review of the Hampton Inn in Cumberland you would know that not all Hampton Inns are run equally. Choose the Galleria Hampton Inn over Cumberland every time! The beds were very comfortable and room was dark, quiet and cool. We did not try the breakfast, because there is a Waffle House across the street.

This hotel makes you feel like you are at the Ritz. The minor details are a big deal. Fresh cookies and bottled water in the afternoon for all guests. The full goodie bag waiting in the room for Diamond members with great treats and more water. Then the towel shapes laid around the bathroom. The cute festive decor for holidays. This hotel really puts in a lot of effort into the small details that make such a huge difference. I would stay at this hotel time and time again. Staff is also friendly. Breakfast was great with so many great options. The only negative is the closet of a gym. No free weights available. But great location and great hotel

From check in to departure had an exceptional experience. Front desk staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was spacious, extremely clean and housekeeping staff had taken time to create towel sculptures and place a couple of small valentine decorations which showed their attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable and soundproofing meant I had a wonderful night’s rest. Kudos to the entire team!

Sarah, Anton, and Richard at the front desk provided us with great service during our stay. Upon check-in, during our stay, and at checkout they were friendly, helpful, and displayed a positive team spirit as Hampton Inn employees, a quality not always found during our travels. The attention to detail given to the room and bath regarding their cleanliness and presentation was impressive. The breakfast bar was stocked with fresh food both hot and cold and many choices were made available to the guests. We would definitely stay here again. Keep up the great work !

After a 13 1/2 hr drive, on our 4 day drive across the country from Seattle to Miami, I chose this hotel because Hampton Inns never disappoint, this location is a Traveler's Choice Award winner and based on all the terrific reviews. Adonis at checkin was friendly and helpful and offered us complimentary bottled water and fresh baked cookies. Parking is complimentary. Our room was on the 8th floor overlooking the Battery. We had a very relaxing and restful 1 night stay here. The housekeepers went above and beyond with their Christmas themed towel designs and decorations in the room. Very comfortable beds and pillows and spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was impressive and delicious too. It's no wonder why this hotel has so many wonderful reviews. I'd absolutely stay here again.
