Hampton Inn & Suites Amarillo West

Hotel was brand new. Lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Easy to access from I-40. Special mention for Madi at the front desk, who was friendly and welcoming. She did a fantastic job of making guests feel right at home

This is the most beautiful, well maintained hotel Ive been in a very long time! It is spotless in all public areas. The room was also pristine, good bed and comfortable. Breakfast area is pristine and well stocked with a good variety of of food. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, meat, cereals, waffles, yogurt, etc. nice little market area. But the people make it great. Evening arrival, we were nicely greeted by Sarah. Friendly and very helpful with recommendations. During the day we met Lindsey, who is extremely friendly, accommodating, caring and an asset to this facility. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Thank you! Definitely would choose to stay here in future.

I have been staying here at the Hampton for almost a month. I would not have made it had. I not come to this hotel. The people that work here are so extremely nice and comforting. The rooms are clean the breakfast is absolutely amazing.. It's in a great location if I ever have to travel again. It will definitely be at a Hampton. If I ever come to amerville, again, it will definitely be at this Hampton Naomi and Hannah and Sarah and Yenzy are all so awesome.

I really enjoyed my stay for my birthday. The rooms were very clean and fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. It’s across the street from the Westgate Mall. (Go to Kau Tea and order a matcha w/almond milk *or your milk of choice * & blueberry boba…thank me later) The Hampton is walking distance from some very good restaurants. (I suggest taking a uber to Aspen Creek…EVERYTHING IS GOOD) The staff from Naomi at the front desk to the young guy in housekeeping (I forgot his name) was amazing. I stayed at a lot of hotels in Amarillo the last 3 years and this is by far my favorite. 24 hour gym with a Peloton bike, treadmills, weights, jump box, and so much more. I booked this hotel on our trip back to California from Ohio. My husband is a big time Marriott guy but since I was booking our rooms, I liked everything about this Hampton Inn & Suites in Amarillo. Was I ever right! Its right off Interstate 40. I was greeted nicely (thank you Sarah) lobby pretty and super clean. But the room did it for me. Super clean, modern, fresh, smelled good. I loved the use of wall paper and white cabinetry. Nothing dull and outdated here! Free parking and plenty of it. Many restaurants that you can walk to. I am definitely going to become a Hilton gal because of this experience.
