Hampton Inn Sioux Falls

Positive: 24 hour hot tub and pool. The clean room and comfortable bed Negative: The hot tub was not very warm

There was a sprinkler event at 2:30 am prior to my arrival. They called to confirm I was okay with steps because the elevator was not operating, but failed to mention the event. There were loud blowers throughout the facility, peeling wallpaper. There was not a musty odor. The room was fresh and clean, appeared to be newly remodeled. As a Diamond Member, it would have been nice if they had offered to honor my reservation at another Hilton in the area when they called about the elevator. I would stay again under better circumstances. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Coffee shop, Coffea, nearby.

Walls are made of tissue paper. Airport shuttle runs at totally inconvenient hours - not at all on Sunday. Had to get an Uber. I think it’s time to rethink my Hilton loyalty. Gotta find a solid hotel where you can’t hear your neighbor change his mind.

Great place, great stay! The facility is very nice and clean, recently remodeled/refreshed. Staff is terrific! Very friendly and attentive. The location is convenient, but being close to the interstate means a little extra road noise. Maybe some rooms are quieter than others. Didn’t bother us. WiFi worked well. Noon check out time was helpful for our schedule.

All around wonderful experience! Motivated staff, clean facilities, generous breakfast selection, and hassle-free booking. By far the best experience I've had in hotel of this price range.
