Hampton Inn Salt Lake City-Downtown

I must start with the caveat is that the 1 and 2nd floors are currently being remodeled. She said floors 3 and 4 and the entire lobby will be completely remodeled in the next month. So maybe skip over this hotel if you do t want to deal with renovation issues. I have no idea what the group paid for these hotel rooms, but this was an extremely positive experience. I can mostly post in things that I used. The gym had 2 1/2 balance balls, 1 lager exercise ball, 4 kettle bells, trx straps, 4 small weighted balls, 3 large weighted balls, 3 foam rollers, 2 padded yoga matts, height rack 5lb to 75 lb), 2 bikes, weight bench, pull down/multi use machine, 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical, a box, scale, 2 large-full-length mirrors, towel rack, water jug, and lots of space. Excellent customer service! The room is equipped with high quality products that’s good for the skin. Gym and heated pool open 24 hours. Breakfast was delicious as well. Very satisfied

We love the place! It's clean, comfy beds, includes simple bathroom amenities like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion and soap. They celan rooms every 2 days. The pool is clean and nice. We love their breakfast! We slept like a baby and it's 15 mins walk to salt palace conventio

We had a really nice stay. Comfortable room and beds. Very nice staff. Breakfast was great and pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. I’d come back to this hotel for sure.

Positive: Worst experience of my life in a hotel and I’m 40, and been traveling regularly my entire life! We came to SLC for son who’s at Primary’s Children’s Hospital, so we already were here on rough circumstances. Negative: The staff at the front desk was rude, and completely incompetent. I’ve worked 25 years in customer service, and was told I could stay elsewhere ( so I did and best choice of my entire trip) Little America was cheaper and a 4.5 star hotel with valet!!
