Hampton Inn Reading/Wyomissing

LETS GET REAL! Cathey one of the room attendants saved the day. I lost a family ring from my great great grandfather. That’s right, 150 years old! Could not be replaced. Cathy was our room attendant. My ring fell off in the room. I freaked out. I called the hotel and spoke to Tammy. She said call back in one hour. I was there 45 min later. Cathy found my ring. She saved the day. I can’t thank her enough. She was amazing. Needless to say she got a nice fat finders fee. Best money I ever spent. Thank you Miss Cathy. You are the best. From the bottom of my heart .

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Reading/Wyomissing. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Rueben went above and beyond- he was really friendly, helpful, and attentive to the needs of the guests. His professionalism and warm personality made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definately recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The customer service was amazing. Excellent clean hotel with friendly staff and a hot breakfast. Safe parking and well lit.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful! Shout out to Liz at breakfast. She's so friendly an was so good with my 1-year old son. I like how it's always decorated really nice for holidays. TV's in the room had Netflix already and it even shows your name when turning it on. Great indoor pool is nice and warm even in winter. Just off price and location alone I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Reading area.

Stayed for one night with my family. We have visited many Hampton inn hotels and can say with certainty that this location is severely outdated and in need of renovation. Main rooms near lobby look refreshed, but that fresh appearance disappears as soon as you enter the elevator. 1. Both elevator cars must be 40yo. When was the last time they were inspected? No clearly posted inspection schedule. Doors creaking and rusty when opening and closing. Dated and dirty tile floors. 2. Hallways of 2nd floor are dated. Carpets look straight out of 1994. Peeling and chipped paint.
